Stu Freeman is the founder of Freeman Recruitment Advisory and one of Australia’s most experienced and respected recruiters. With a career spanning more than 30 years, Stu has successfully founded, built, and sold three leading financial services recruitment businesses, including within the insurance sector.
A Fellow of the RCSA, Stu has served as a council member and is a regular speaker at recruitment conferences across Australia and New Zealand. His expertise, industry insight, and passion for building long-term relationships have earned him a strong reputation in the market.
Beyond work, Stu is married and a proud dad to three adult daughters. He’s an avid golfer, daily ocean swimmer, and drummer in the northern beaches surf rock band, Goldfish Smarts. Stu is also a founder, shareholder, and non-executive director of premium wine distribution business, Bullion Cellars.
